Former Friends actress, and star of the latest Hollywood dog lover’s movie Marley & Me, Jennifer Anniston, is having troubles with her new boyfriend, John Mayer, and his hatred of her dogs. Jennifer is currently promoting Marley & Me, which opened in the US on Christmas Day (and opens in the UK in March) and has had to leave her beloved dogs behind because her boyfriend can’t stand to be near them.

Anniston has two dogs, a German shepherd and a corgi-terrier cross, but they’ve both been left behind in LA while Jennifer is promoting her movie in New York.

Jennifer’s new movie, Marley & Me, with Owen Wilson, was very difficult for her to film as it brought the prospect of losing her dogs to the fore.

Image Entertainment has acquired US rights to the Jennifer Aniston romantic comedy Management following its world premiere at Toronto.

Image plans to release the Sidney Kimmel Entertainment film on approximately 200 prints. Kimmel International pre-sold overseas rights.

Sidney Kimmel, Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen produced and Aniston served as executive producer with William Horberg, Bruce Toll, Jim Tauber and Nan Morales.

Stephen Belber's film pits Aniston opposite Steve Zahn in the story of a traveling art saleswoman who attracts the attention of a persistent motel manager. Going into TIFF this year, it was one of the hottest unsold films on buyers’ radars.

It was another sweet date night for Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer.

The lovey-dovey duo hit singer-songwriter Ray LaMontagne's concert last night at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles.

"After the lights went down, they walked to their seats," an eyewitness tells me. "They were with two bodyguards and three other women."

It appeared that they had an entire block of tickets, because no one else was in their row, and three seats were left empty all night.

"They were hugging, but there wasn't any kissing," my source says.

"If you haven't heard Ray LaMontagne yet, you owe it to yourself to check him out," Mayer blogged on his official website earlier this month. "I've seen him twice in the past two weeks and I can't get over how powerful he is. He's so pure, it's arresting. People ask me all the time what artists I'm listening to, and what I think of certain singers or bands out there. I think Ray LaMontagne is as brilliant as any artist that has ever lived."

Also at last night's gig was Justin Timberlake. He, too, didn't take his seat until the lights went down.

No word if LaMontagne's A-list fans will return to the Wiltern on Sunday for another one of his shows.

Norman has been Jennifer's constant companion during all her emotional upheavals, but he suffers from aching joints and stiffness. Jennifer doesn't want to put him on medication just yet, so she has opted for doggie spa treatments from a licensed vet technician."

London (ANI): Brad Pitt's marriage to Jennifer Aniston was in trouble after just six weeks, it has been revealed. Comedian Omid Djalili has claimed that the Troy star confessed to him that he had already started 'despising' his wife.

Djalili said he gave Pitt marriage advice when they co-starred in 2000 movie Spy Game. "I did a scene with him in the back of a taxi for a movie called Spy Game and it was only a few days after he had married Jennifer," the Daily Express quoted Djalili, as saying. "I chatted for hours giving him advice about the three stages of marriage. Stage one is perfection or blind love. Stage two is the difficult stage because you will start to despise everything about her. But then if you can deal with that baggage you can possibly get to stage three accept the baggage and move into a harmonious marriage. He said 'Thanks Omid, I love that you have given me a framework for my marriage,'" he added.

However, Djalili revealed that after six weeks Pitt told him that all was not fine between him and Aniston. "After six weeks he came up to me and said 'I'm definitely in stage two, Omid!' I probably made it (their marriage) go up in flames!", he said.

The London-born comedian also confessed that he still feels guilt over the break-up of the couple. "I'd already messed up one Brad Pitt marriage," he said.

JENNIFER Aniston is reported to be freshly devastated after her ex-husband Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie snubbed her at an LA party, to flaunt their baby news elsewhere. The three members of this famous Hollywood love triangle were meant to meet at a party on the eve of the Oscars, but Pitt and Jolie failed to appear, according to Woman's Day magazine.

Jennifer Aniston has become a loner, it has been claimed. The 39-year-old actress, who is shooting new movie 'Traveling' in Vancouver, Canada, rarely socialises with her work colleagues and chooses to spend her spare time alone.

A source said: "Almost every night when she finishes work, Jen goes back to her hotel and eats and drinks by herself. Just as often, her evening is a drink and a book. It's pretty much what she does most nights in Los Angeles."

To diners at the poolside restaurant, it looked like Jen was about to enjoy a night out with a group of her pals – that is, until ex-boyfriend, Vince Vaughn, showed up and joined them."

According to the report in Star, initially Jen kept her distance. She seemed reluctant to attract attention to the fact that they were both at the same table, says a fellow diner. “She was obviously thrilled to see him. She giggled quietly at his jokes.” But as the wine flowed, Jen relaxed. “She suddenly darted around the table, sat in his lap, and gave him a big kiss”, says the witness.

After enjoying dinner together, the pair went off into the night. “Jen’s friends left and she climbed into the car with him”, says the eye witness, who adds that “Jen was smiling and waving” as the two drove off together.

The Enquirer is even more certain. They have a report that says, "They’re back on. The Breakup stars, Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are secretly back together and the Enquirer has uncovered all the details about their hush-hush dates."

Inmate Loses Bid to Hang Aniston Photo

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — All Jevon Jackson wanted was to hang a picture of Jennifer Aniston in his room. But because his room was a cell at a Green Bay prison, the warden wouldn't allow it. Jackson took his case to federal court, where a judge ruled Wednesday in favor of the prison — but offered the inmate advice on how to get a picture of the TV and movie star.

Jackson, a murderer, ran afoul of the state prison system when he ordered a commercial picture of Aniston, who starred on the television series "Friends."

The prison has a policy against inmates receiving, and thus displaying, commercially published photographs. It adopted the policy in 2006 because of the increasing volume of mail — some 1,500 pieces of mail a day, according to prison officials.

The commercially published photos often contained nudity or other forbidden content such as gang symbols, officials told the court.

Jackson, 30, argued that his First Amendment rights had been violated. He also said it didn't make sense to disallow commercial photographs but at the same time allow magazines that could contain hundreds of images.

Inmates are allowed to display pictures of non-celebrity friends and relatives, as well as photos published in magazines. Neither Jackson nor the prison said there was anything inappropriate about the photo he wanted to display.

"That's good," the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals wrote in its unanimous, and somewhat snarky, opinion.

In it, the judges wrote: "In 2000, Aniston sued 'Celebrity Skin' magazine for publishing photos taken of her while sunbathing topless in her own backyard!" The three judges also identified Aniston as an actress who appeared in "several forgettable recent films." They named a couple: "Rumor Has It" and "Along Came Polly."

The appeals court said the prison's policy was reasonable — and Jackson could always get around it by ordering magazines.

Even though Aniston may not be in every issue he subscribed to, the court said, "the likelihood of an eventual photograph of her is sufficiently high to suffice as an alternative."

Jackson had argued a commercial photo would be less trouble for the prison than if he had to order several magazines to find the one picture of Aniston he wanted.

A spokesman for the state prison system referred questions to the state attorney general's office, which handled the case. A spokesman for that department did not immediately return a message seeking comment.

Jackson was sentenced to life in prison for murder in the 1993 killing of a woman who had just left a Milwaukee fast-food restaurant. He was 17 at the time of the murder
